Reconciliation

Therefore, confess your sins to one another and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The fervent prayer of a righteous person is very powerful. (James 5:16)

"Those who approach the sacrament of [Reconciliation] obtain pardon from God's mercy for the offense committed against him, and are, at the same time, reconciled with the Church which they have wounded by their sins and which by charity, by example, and by prayer labors for their conversion." (CCC 1422)

The Sacrament of Reconciliation is an opportunity to fully experience the forgiveness of God.

The Priest represents, both, God and the Church. Thus, reuniting us with our Father and our brother.
