· Do I put
my trust in superstitions or good luck charms, instead of God alone?
· Do I pray everyday?
· Have I used the words "God" or "Jesus" when
I am angry?
· Do I use foul language?
· Have I missed Sunday Mass on purpose?
· Do I try to pay attention during Mass?
· Do I obey my parents?
· Have I been respectful to persons of authority?
· Do I gossip about others?
· Have I stolen?
· Have I lied?
· Have I cheated?
· Have I been in any fights?
· Have I made hurt the dignity of others with jokes or name calling?
· Am I thankful to God for what I have?
· Have I ruined another person's property for fun?
· Have I been guilty of boasting or bragging?
· Have I stuffed myself when eating?
· Have I failed to study or do my work because or laziness?
· Have I neglected hospitality towards others?
· Do I share the things I have with my family, friends and the
poor?
Loving
God,
Look upon me with mercy,
and help me to be reconciled to you.
I can do nothing if you do not help me.
Please let me see, and be sorry for all my sins.
I come, so that you can cleanse me.
Put Your Love in my soul,
so that I may love nothing but you.
Let this Confession bring a complete change in my life,
so that I may be fully joined to you.
Mary, Mother of God,
my Guardian Angel, and all the Saints,
help me make a good Confession.
